The scientific programme, covering 8 themes, consists of keynote lectures, seminars, workshops and engaging formats for debating the latest research.

The TERENA Networking Conference (TNC) is the largest and most prestigious European research networking conference, with more than 650 participants attending this annual event. TNC brings together decision makers, managers, networking and collaboration specialists, and identity and access management experts from all major European networking and research organisations, universities, worldwide sister institutions, as well as industry representatives.
CONNECT is the magazine from the GÉANT community. The aim is to provide a regular update on the project and its vital work in supporting European research, as well as giving an insight into the users who depend on the network, and the community that makes GÉANT what it is. The latest addition to the iMENTORS database is the Connect 4 Change project. Connect 4 Change is a consortium of five Dutch development and ICT organizations collaborating to accelerate the realization of the Millennium Development Goals through the use of ICT. The program supports ICT initiatives in the areas of education, health and agricultural and economic development, and members of the consortium have funded nearly sixty different ICT projects in Africa. The consortium works with local partners in many different countries, including Burkino Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.

Over six days, from 21 to 26 June 2014, Copenhagen will host the Euroscience Open Forum 2014 "Science building bridges". The programme tracks of ESOF 2014 will create a platform where researchers, journalists, policy makers, students and organisations can meet and debate European research and global challenges. Alongside ESOF 2014, a major science festival – Science in the City - will take place.
The call for Scientific session proposals and the Expression of interest in Science in the City for ESOF2014 are published and will close on 9th of May 2013.
